UAL-CAL won't happen because NWA still holds the Golden Share.

However a CAL-UAL can happen. The golden share prevents CAL from being purchased without NW approval. That does preclude CAL from purchasing anyone else.

I've watched all morning and NEVER heard about NWA and CAL. How about UAL and CAL.

Whoa I guess it didn't happen then. Wrong heard it at market open from Morgan Stanley. Citigroup around 10 all on CNBC

Man! Who spiked the punchbowl?

I just came back from the parking lot . . . I saw Midex "getting busy" in the back seat of a Gremlin with Allegiant!

I think it was Chuckie's girlfriend, too . . . What a 'ho!

Incorrect.

There are 6 restrictions in the Commercial Agreement, one of which is CAL purchasing any other aviation entity without the permission of the NWA BOD.

Mergers, Alliances, Asset Sale(s), Regional Affilations, Change of Ownership (merger), or Purchases.
