Capt. Fake's latest idiotic post...
Hmmm i havent flown the PHL flight (yet anyways
) but us polits cant do anything about it. the airport/ATC people tell us what to do we just follow the orders and if we brake them then theier goes our pilots license but it is a good point i dont see why us at SWA have to come in lower then other jets/airliners
lol this guy on A.net has a good point tho "WN pilots will do things to save a few minutes. My roomate who interned with Southwest said how the pilots would have some of the fastest takeoffs. That is taxiing to the runway rounding the corner and full foward on the throttle. He blamed the AA pilots, since they are paid hourly, that they like to be slow and take their time on takeoff. I have noticed this, but I'm not sure, if its because DFW is way busier than DAL.
"But as a commercial pilot, we are taught to save our company time and money. 5 minutes makes a difference."
Kind of sad. Notice the lack of proper English grammer!
Someone should give me a question that only a liscened pilot would know, or better yet a Southwest pilot would know.
Thanks,
Cory Klimko
