looking for a good schedule???

We have a rotating 2 week on 1 wk off schedule. It is great! Many out and backs on the 2 on so more nights at home than not. Also, you know your schedule for the entire year. It allows you to make real plans and actually keep them. We are allowed to swap entire weeks off (not just days) so if you want you can get a nice vacation in. You need enough people to make it work though.
