Hmmm....still can't find the chart with management's new payscale after they give concessions as well. I guess that would fall under the definition of a "leader" which explains why there isn't a chart to begin with.

How stupid does Atkins think we are? Are we stupid enough to pass by any sort of raise for the past 5 years and 5 years into the future in trade for this performance plus crap?

Performance plus = 1367 per year
Hours flown = 960
That is $1.30 per hour raise.

Screw SKYW, Screw ASA, Screw anyone who tries to pass this BS onto us.

----------

What kind of raise do we deserve? The kind that keeps up with inflation. If you offer us something that is this low you can piss off.

Want to see an excel spreadsheet that really tells the story? Try this.

3rd year FO pay

2000, 34.84
2001, =34.84*1.03 (which is 3 percent inflation)
2002, =35.88*1.03
2003, =36.96*1.03
2004, =38.07*1.03
2005, =39.21*1.03
2006, =40.38

=IF(40.38 < Company Proposal, Screw You,
