Just curious how you all would approach counting your Turbine PIC for JetBlue. I have 590 turbine PIC from a former 121 job. I have been flying for one of the fractionals for the last couple of years and can log another 525 hours looking at the requirements of part 1, typed, flying from left seat, 2 person a/c...

JetBlue wants only time where you signed for the a/c, but the flying for the last couple of years has been all part 91, without anyone signing.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Who filed the flight plan and was listed as PIC? I'd think that would suffice.

Pt 91 is typically logged by whoever has their name on the flight plan. In other words whoever is calling the shots, or has their ticket on the line for that trip.

Part 1 PIC doesn't have anything to do with what seat you're sitting in.

If you're flying for one of the fractionals, you know who the PIC is. The company tells you.

From Part 1:
Pilot in command means the person who:
(1) Has final authority and responsibility for the operation and
safety of the flight;
(2) Has been designated as pilot in command before or during the
flight; and
(3) Holds the appropriate category, class, and type rating, if
appropriate, for the conduct of the flight
