So when it takes 8 hours to get a response, you think that is acceptable? Wouldn't it be nice if you could just call them and ask?

Well... Considering it was midnight or one in the morning at the time, I wouldn't expect there to be anyone available anyway. I sent them an email, went to bed, and when I woke up, there it was in my inbox. So yeah, that's acceptable to me.
