Buy a Palm off ebay for $10 and keep it in your flight bag. Probably easiest.

Logbook Pro hasn't even updated APDL in years, even with glaring bugs and holes in functionality. There's a serious market for anybody who has the ability and the time to make a competing logbook for all the new phones out that aren't supported by APDL.

Heyas,

I'm going to agree with SB. I tried out APDL, but that was when they had a standalone program to export data. I went out on leave, so I let my trial lapse.
Right after that, then they switched it to a web-only data export.

When I came back to work, I looked at APDL again, but found you MUST use LBP to get your data out of APDL. I neither want, nor need LBP, and I'm not going to buy something I don't need.

Excel has always worked for me. There's nothing in LBP that I want or need. I just wanted something handy to check rest/duty legalities (arguably APDL's strongest function) and to export data out into a simple CDF file that Excel can read.
