Loads on United

Traveling with the family down to Costa Rica this week. The Res people give limited info on loads. Anyone have a suggestion on how to check load details on United?

How about this...Can someone help with loads on UA IAH to SJO on 6-16.
Flights 1096 1098 1055 and 1565. And if you have the time IAH to LIR 1512. Happy to reciporcate on WN if ever in the need.
