Yawn, ALPA has been deposed before.
  • ALPA Amnesia Syndrome Reaches Epidemic Proportions
You can't remember what you didn't do.
  • Much Ado About Nothing
That sums up the RJDC lawsuit.
  • The Legal Dictionary: Conflict of Interest
Yawn, the Supreme Court recognize that Unions often have a conflict of interest and that a conflict of interest does not equate to a failure of fair representation. [/quote]

Wow, two and a half years after barely surviving a summary motion to dismiss the RJDC has managed to get to depositions. Good job.

Ahh, this crap again. Just another rhetorical diatribe conconcted by the RJDC's lawyers in an attempt to keep the money coming in. Gotta buy that new Benz SLK, you know. Keep sending the checks in, losers. After all, with 9 out of 10 claims thrown out of court already, you're getting an excellent return on your investment!

Braveheart, you and the other 7 RJDC supporters need to start your own forum. I can think of a few links (www.getanotherjobifyouwanttobepaidmore.com) but it is just too easy. This is not a personal attack, you guys just need to regroup and reallize that you don't know more than everyone else and if you had the ability to succeed in your lawsuit, which you don't, you could do exponentially more harm than good. I am waiting for medical interns to sue residents because they have better schedules.

I double posted, but since I have to edit I might as well end on a positive note...kerry wood is starting the year on the DL again. Are you fricken kidding me, three weeks until opening day. I put my money on the white sox repeating.

I just hope my Redbirds stop choking in the critical games... But I agree any bad Cub news is good news to me.

"Braveheart"?

If they agree to cut their 'nads off like they did in the movie...I'm in!

What a bunch of losers!

"My life didn't turn out the way I thought it would so I'm suing!"
