This guy does need to compare approach minimums to a sectional chart, though...
It is best to delay the approach if the chances of being able to see the runway are doubtful. The missed approach is a climbing right turn toward the mountains.

There's nothing at or above approach minimums on the missed until you get close to the hold at GLENO.
