LEX 22 lights notamed out of service?

It appears the RWY 22 lights were notamed out of service for the previous week according to a few different sources. The NTSB has not officially said yes or no but that might explain why "no lights" did not raise a flag.

I checked the NOTAMs on Sunday evening. I'm sure it was the centerline lights that were out.

From NTSB via CNN, the flt crew mentioned the rwy lights being off prior to t/o roll .
