As I understand it, UAL IS compiling a list of ALPA members in good standing. Also, as I understand it, the USAPA pilots will be considered the same as scabs in UAL's eyes. Right wrong or indiferent, that's just what I heard. I'm sure they will find a way not to penalize the AWA guys, if nothing else the current list will probably count and the east guys will probably make UAL's heralded "SCAB" list.

Actually, I think Mr. DeMarco has a valid point. If USAPA is dedicated to DoH, then the first thing they need to do is apply DoH to EVERY previous SLI.

That way they would at least be consistent.

For the 1999 "newhires" who believe that their 2 years of active service and the 6 years of furlough should place them senior to an AMW captain that was never furloughed.
