Letter to "Senator" Boxer from Alaska Air pilot?

Barbara boxer has been a great senator in my opinion. She's served a long time the interests of the people who elect her- myself included. If you have any problem with that-take it up with the voters.

As for the white male landowner vote- wow is my initial response- my 2nd is read up on Jefferson's arguments for compulsory education- "Our democracy depends upon an informed constituency" - the motivation for education investment is that the vote would be diminished by the ignorant.

Probably rolling over in his grave at the likes of GWBush and palin.

As for this guys diatribe. It's the equivalent of a Jerry springer ghetto rant with a better vocabulary. no sources- no complaint other than a valid, albeit small rebuke-

California the laughing stock huh? It's the 6th largest economy in the world all by itself. It's a mess- but you still want us in the union. And the mess certainly isn't boxer's fault.

You say that- but you couldn't afford that. Do you only care about people who think like you- act like you? I'm glad california's so diverse- makes it a better place IMO. Makes groupthink a bit more challenging though- you might need a place in the woods or a nice sheltered gated community where you can sit back and piss and moan why everyone else is so screwed up--


1) I do mean it. CA is a sinking ship, and a source for many of America's ills, both cultural and economic. I don't think we can afford not to let them fail and be "fixed" or cut em off. You really overestimate CA's future and underestimate all of the intangibles, Wavy.

2) Almost no one thinks or acts like me. That is fine with me. What I have noticed tho, when I find things in common with others, we come to it by chance, and have each found our own paths to get there. The only thing in common is our shared goals and destinations - Freedom, liberty and economic prosperity.

When I have participated in public advocacy, I have driven myself, or usually carpooled with my fellow eeevil conservatives. Not to save the world, but my personal wealff. Those who we meet in the streets, who assemble to counter protest us, are typically BUSSED IN, which is both paid for and organized by massively non-diverse financial sources. The drive by media shows up, takes close up pictures that minimize our comparatively massive turnout, and so close on the opposition, that you cannot see that it is 400 vs 50, in our favor. Our side knows to ignore the media, by now, as does 80% of the public, and the mind numb Obamabots feel good, having been willingly duped. All standard stuff.

The libs who claim to be all about "tolerance, and diversity" all march to the beat of very few drummers indeed. Look at what happens if you leave the lockstep: Sen. Lieberman, under the bus, Lib HRep DeFazio "don't think we're not keeping score BROTHER!" -Obongo, there are so many more.

3) You fail at attempting to marginalize my position "go to the woods or in a gated community." I have been in the streets and talk freely with others. It not to bitch and moan, but rather to commiserate, motivate and celebrate what the old white men had in mind when this American experiment began. Thanks for not going to name calling, a typical lib tactic. You are always nothing if not respectful, buddy!

Justice, tranqulity, common defense, general welfare and liberty.

Liberal ideas for a time when most people were "subjects" of a crown, some were slaves and few believed that the purpose of government was to serve those common interests of the people.

Adams, Maddison Jefferson and the other founding fathers were the extreme left liberals of their era.
