Hi there and thanks to all that replied to my "Insurance question".
The co. I fly for has no policy on what would happen if any of the crew members are accused of wrong doing.
We fly domestic as well as Intl. and I would like to get some kind of "LEGAL SERVICES" to protect myself in case something ever happens.
Thanks for your help.

AOPA Legal Services...$59/year for Commercial pilot coverage (no need IMO for the ATP coverage which is $99/year as you don't "need" an ATP part 91).

BoilerUP,
Thanks for the reply, yes AOPA is one of the companies I'm getting info from.

AOPA is good, I called them once with a general question and was put right though to a staff attorney. Mostly for small stuff like tax questions and aircraft purchases but also enforcement actions and violations. It doesn't seem to really be designed for civil litigation like if pax or family sues you. you may need a general pre-paid legal services type of plan to protect from things like that (in addition to putting your money into irrevocable trusts or hiding it overseas)
