Are guys leaving pure turboprop operators (Lynx, Silver, etc.) for turbojet commuter airlines or are guys just waiting for "big boys" to call?

Nobody at PDT is making a lateral move unless they live/grew up/family there, and that's within the first year.

Only a couple 6 year people went to a turbojet commuter that I know of, and the rumor is that they wouldn't have been able to pass PDT upgrade.

I didn't mention PDT, you guys are a different breed (my sister flew there a decade ago.) what's the most senior guys DOH?

121 Tpic is what you want. Doesn't matter if it's prop or jet. You shouldn't leave for right seat jet unless you can upgrade faster at the jet operator than your current position at the prop gig.

I was left seat turboprop and went to the right seat of a B747-400. No jet PIC but lots of jet SIC.
