Learning "Flows?"

I'd day no about the yo-yo and ball thing.

At this point in your career you can probably multi-task, It is hard at first, but it will come.
 
I've seen people use two basic ways to successfully learn them.

Method 1: Make an acronym for each flow (like GUMPS). Memorize the acronyms, then learn the flows on a poster or mockup.

Method 2: Using a mockup, touch each item in order while counting 1..2...3..4... etc. Don't worry about why you are touching each item. Just repeat the pattern while counting until you can do it quickly without thinking. Then go back and learn what you are doing with each item.

Note: The key is not to try to learn the whole flow in detail all at once. Break it down into a simple memorization first (acronym or muscle memory). Once you solidly have that, only then should you try to understand why you're doing what you're doing.
