I am being considered for a Lear 45 job and have been asked to fly the plane as part of an initial part 91 check out. I'll eventually be going to FlightSafety for the 135 qual, but for now I need to get a little info.

I have not seen the books yet and am looking for some gouge on basic aircraft operations.

I am current in a different jet and am used to seeing the numbers for my airplane. I need some gouge on flap settings, take off and landing flap config, general power settings for normal operating speeds (clean 250/200kts, Vapp in Landing) and normal approach/landing flap settings, some basic limitations and V speeds.

I want to look sharp before I get the books. So if you are a Lear 45 driver, help me out!

Thanks in advance.

LR45 stuff...

Hi there,

Congrats. and good luck with new job...
About LR45 stuff, you may want to check www.jetreview.com.
You will find there memory items and limitations.

Good luck once again...

Regards.

Just know what button to push and which knob to turn. Seriously if you get to let the AP fly it notice the throttle settings and attitudes that the AP takes, when it comes time to fly it just mimic the AP. Try to be the last guy to go if you are doing multiple check outs, sit on the JS and take it all in. Remember an airplane is just a piece of plywood that plans the air, especially a Lear.
