Hmm, the prelims are out, and we need 8 more of each seat. Effective date 01/01/07. I know they said more by March/April or so, but this is for Jan.

I would like to know why the company will except 50 and 700/900 split in ATL but not at another base?

I would venture to guess the 50 will be phased out of ATL eventually. Not anywhere else, however. Granted that's looking deep into the Crystal Ball, of which I have an extremely fuzzy one.

It looks like there are 8 vacancies and only 5 FOs on there. It's possible they maxed out on FOs who bid and are gonna have to start taking people off the bottom of the list.

This is b/c the union doesn't want a single list at all but if they will at least give them single list at smaller bases they will have greater flexibility w/ fewer crews.

;)Going to be some GOOD growth out there for us!! Hopefully the day lines will only be for about 1 month. Can't WAIT to not EVER see ATL! Gotta Love THAT!

Not to rain on your parade Tomct, I thought the same thing when I got out to SLC. This bidness sucks sometimes!!

Trojan, I knew (unfortunately) that SLC was only going to be for a short time. Skywst was never going to continue multiple operations out of one hub. LAX, however, cannot be flown by them and that puts us in the driver seat!

Maybe they dont want split rates at other bases because they maybe looking at other bases for other carriers!
