Laughable

actually if you are unemployed and this gets you current in a jet again, so you can look for your next job, it might not be a bad place to get that start on the next job. Turnover will probalby cause the owner to go to a training contract after 4 pilots leave in the first year.
 
No worries folks; the owner will get exactly the employee he deserves.
