The only "Pilot" job mentioned is obviously a fractional/corporate/freight position, described as such: (Note distance down list)

Commercial Pilot: Pilot and navigate the flight of small fixed or rotary winged aircraft, primarily for the transport of cargo and passengers. Requires Commercial Rating. (this is the definition used by the magazine)

"Airline Pilot" did not make the list. Obviously, from the definition of commercial pilot listed on the website, airline pilot is excluded.
