I think you mean FWA (Ft. Wayne), not FTW (Ft Worth, Meacham).

The above mentioned opening is for "Kalitta Air" B747 operations. Kalitta Charters II has openings as well, but no dx license is required for them. Also, no official word on the FWA hub. I assume if it takes-off it will be run from YIP though.
