Unionfacts.com go see how much ALPA pilots on leave claim for expenses!
The MEC chair Newie claims $16-$20,000 per year on top of his 105 hour MMG. He also is know to not show up till around 11 am at the office and put in only 4 days a week for his 105.

Newie loves to drive to ALPA functions all over the country so he can claim 50 cents a mile. Trips to FLL, Vegas and Denver to name a few. He also make sure that ALPA eats at the finest places and spouses of MEC members go on the tab as well!

Many of the Current Reps have bent over backwards to appease the XJT reps so that they can remain on fulltime leave after the MECs get put together. Why else would XJT pilots get a higher MMG for vacation, higher retirement, lower INS rates and the ability to vote Flightline off the property!

Not a bit surprised! Tell us more please. And y'all know who ASA Aviator is right? Initials rhyme with SD. ;)

NO!

The MEC office has a "work from home" and commute day...where as one can claim 6 hours credit for commuting in or working from home. Jason J up in IAD regularly "builds pairings" from home and claims 6 hours a day!

Hell yeah, give it all to us. Expose the rats!

How about that ASA Aviator, you know, initials hyme w/ SD.

NO!

hyme w/ SD.?

Are you talking about GW the ATL FO rep in the rumored extra martial affair with the XJT ALPA attorney? Using ALPA dues money to get hotel rooms in ATL even though he lives here so he could drink with the XJT MEC, and then fired from the JNC for claiming 140 hours credit even when they were not meeting with the Co? Is that who you are referring to?

Who's ready for some interesting facts about the ASA MEC? Shall we begin?

The Palm...Otherwise known now as "half truth".....I was wondering when all the mudslinging would start. It's what has happened the past 20 years of contract negotiations and MEC soap opera politics....Some things never change.

Says the mudslinger himself. Too funny.
