Not so fast....just a few days after Hurrican Andrew, I carried a Miami center controller in the j/s. She was steaming hot, mini skirt, great legs.....

Not arguing that there are definitely exceptions to the rule, but why chance ruining a great fantasy? :D

I am well aware that over the years there have been occassions where company jumpseaters have been asked to aide in the cockpit during major and minor emergencies.

Anybody know any stories where non-company jumpseaters had to step up to the plate wether it be working the radios, lending ideas or hopping into the seat?

I was operating the next plane to land after our MD-10 landed in Memphis and had the left main collapse a couple months ago. I had a UPS jumpseater in back and called him up during the taxi in to our ramp so that he could grab my camera and we could get some pictures! ;)
