I noticed Kalitta has a flight from JFK-BRU. Anyone know if they take 121 dispatchers?

Kalitta also goes EWR-LGG (Liege) almost daily. Liege in in southern Belgium and on the high speed rail line that goes Koln-Liege-Brussels-Paris. The train station is a few blocks from the crew hotel. It's either a 5 euro taxi ride or if you're nice, the crew transport might drop you at the train station.
