Hello!

I am coming from London to new york end of this month!

How does jumpseating works for international flights, I work for USair express!

Can I jump with AA, or someothers and what is the procedure!

What about cargo carriers!

Thanks

I am new on this!

AA does NOT allow for any international jumpseaters! Unless you work for AMR.

I've tried several times to get a jumpseat with my UPS ID (and in the main cabin) and the answer has been NO (by the ticket/gate agent) everytime. They look into their computers and try to do it and then they get to a page that apparently directs them to tell prospective jumpseaters NO.

Since I'm furloughed from AA I end up then listing with my D2P furlough pass priveledges.

CONTINENTAL does allow certain carries to jumpseat (in the main cabin) internationally- depending on which airline you work for. The gate agents usually don't know so you have ask the Captain and he can check a pink bullentin which will list which airlines can jumpseat.

Is your airline part of the CASS program?

Hope this helps.
