I would to find out if I could Jumpseat on Eagle to one of the islands in the caribbeans which is not a US Territory.
 
Not in the actual jumpseat unless your one of a few....FedEx, Delta, UPS, maybe a few others.....I tried, and they would not let me....In the back was no problem
