This thread begs the question-- I know Repo flights are random- but they happen a LOT at netjets-- why don't you try a reciprocal agreement? Your pilots and families have access to those flights-- And it's a real nice way to travel when you get the planets to align. I'm sure more than a few airlines would reciprocate on the off chance they get to travel that way now and then-- like the helicopter tours in Hawaii.
