Jumping: Taipei, Manila/Clark, Guam

I'd like to be able to jump seat between Taipei, Manila or Clark, and Guam. It's been awhile since I've been out there, so I'm Lost In Space now. We're in the CASS system.

Anyone with experience in that area have any suggestions?

CASS has nothing to do with INTL jumpseat. CASS is a domestic only program.

continental will probably be your best bet.

You can JS with Continental from MNL to Guam but there's no US base carriers that fly from TPE to MNL/Clark
