Just FYI I interviewed there in KMKE many years ago (through Jet Professionals). Seemed like a class outfit. I found out later though they already knew who they were going to hire. Just jumpimg through HR hoops. Not saying it's the same now but it was then. Same with United Technologies in West Palm Beach. I am with a big corporation now and I can tell you most corporate interviewing is done by internal recommendation. Just a fact of life.

In fact the airlines aren't much different. Just had an offer for a DAL interview from a senior CA who knew someone in management. Two years ago I got turned down by WN but got that interview through somebody I knew also. PS WN is a great company and interview experience, highly recommended!

And NJA. Everyone I know who is getting interviews there knows someone. (I think I see a pattern developing here).
