He was elected by the pilots and so were you. There is a difference--he actually does work for our pilots while you do nothing for anyone but your older lady friend. I am not worried about Joey. He is actually harmless. I will hold him accountable to tell the truth. That is something he has problems with. He has made statements about most of the ASA MEC and LEC that were not truthful. When he spins his web of lies he is trying to lure them into debating his revisionist history. He can't get anyone in the crew lounge to take him seriously so he post and post and post. Mommy should really buy him some new toys.

The two of them are no threat. To be a threat they would actually need to do ALPA work. They are both too lazy to do that. It would interfere with their self serving agenda. They like to bring down those that do ALPA work by sitting in judgement of their every action. The work they have done for ALPA at best has been suspect.

They like to spend their time in the CP's office. I wonder if they are looking for positions? Actually that maybe the best place for them. No work ethic equals no harm. They couldn't be any worse than Chuck V., Kim R., or Boy Wonder C. Childree. The only CP's that were worth their pay were Mike White and Doug Helms. Right or wrong they could make a decision. I guess that is why they are no longer in their positions.

Time will tell.

That's why he lurks here. If you want a show, confront him in person and watch him squirm. JB is a spineless wonder unless he's behind a computer keyboard. Confront him in the crew lounge and he'll stutter, stare at his shoes, spout nonesense for a while, trip over his own words, then give you a cold, wet, dead fish handshake and run off. I know, because I've personally experienced it many times.

The only time he's ever held his own in a live debate was when Lynn was next to him helping him out.

i think its great people are finally starting to speak out against the corrupt ALPO organization. Its clear that their style no longer works. Pilots speak for themselves now. No more MEC speaks for me crap. Its funny how the diehards can do nothing but get angry and launch personal attacks anytime someone disagrees with them

Interesting that you bring up MW as a good CP. I agree with you - see we can agree on some things. Why did the ASA MEC bring MW up on article 8 charges when he went into the CPs office? Is that how you reward good behavior? A good union member joins the CPs office and you try to have him thrown out of the union. I actually went to Herndon to defend him at the article 8 hearing as did several other former ALPA volunteers. The MEC looked kind of silly and the charges were thrown out.

Like I said there were two CP's that could actually make a decision. Mike and Doug. I doubt that we really agree on this. Everyone that is working for the MEC in any capacity knows that you and Lynn were at the hearing and that both of you don't like Mike but since you hate the MEC you were there for your own agenda. You also were on positive space company business passes and had your trips dropped with pay to attend. You two do nothing for anyone without something in return. You are in managements back pocket.

Unfortunately Mike's charges were not thrown out. He was found in violation of the MEC's Policy Manual and he was reprimanded for his disregard of the ASA MEC Policy Manal in his acceptance of a position as ATL Assistant Chief Pilot eight weeks after resigning as ASA MEC Vice Chairman.

Is this not exactly what the company and MGMT are doing?? They have no facts, figures, numbers or anything like that to back there position of the necessity of pay cuts. As I was proved wrong in another thread, skywest pilots are making more than our 700 pilots when factoring in rigs and profit sharing. The skywest FO that i conceeded to said he will make 49K second year...we don't have any FO's that can touch that second year, no matter what plane they fly.

In stead of using any numbers or figures, MGMT has resorted to threats on our livelyhood to scare us into submission. Don't buy into there crap JOE!! We can't afford for you too. I know the union has its flaws, but they are right on this one. We can't play concessions for growth....WE WILL LOSE IN THE END!!

Things were a little different when 'Joe' was elected. Plus not that many pilots actually vote in elections, just the way it is in this country.

And that's what he wants, to be recalled so that, in his mind, he becomes a 'martyr'. Ain't gonna happen.
