My sources at AA are saying they are interviewing the week of Oct 10. They have 100 interviews scheduled and are hiring 15.

I'm told the first round involves a competency exam, an essay and a group interview that will last about 4 hours total combined. If chosen, the next round will have another interview in November. From that pool, they will determine "the chosen 15".
Good luck to those who are in the running.
