My dad is flying into JFK and has to get to Chicago from there. There are direct flights from EWR to ORD and MDW. Anybody know a good way to get from JFK to EWR? It seems nobody flies direct from JFK to Chicago.

Thanks in Advance.

It wouldn't be worth the hassle of getting from JFK-EWR.

This would suck, but....

Q10 to the E train to 42cd Ave then take a bus to ewr. Give yourself about 3 hours.

I did that from Lefferts and Metropolitan once, never again.

Check with Sureway Cab.

There has to be more flights from JFK ORD. AA used to fly that route all the time.

It would be easier to fly and connect at another airport like BOS, IAD, BWI, PHL, etc.

LGA also has flights to ORD.

However, If you want to get from JFK to EWR, just take the "Airporter":

www.goairporter.com

It's $24.

Or you can take the JFK Airtrain to Jamaica Station ($5) and then LIRR to Penn Station (~$5) and then the NJ Transit to the EWR Airtrain (~$11.50). Slightly cheaper option and the hours are more flexible. But it takes about 1.5 hours to it, and NY Penn Station is one of the most confusing and poorly designed buildings in the history of the world.

Take the Airporter. :)
