Hi,

I've been trying to do my usual monthly update for about the last twelve hours. I can't seem to get on the website, and I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem, or am I just an idiot?

I know what my wife would say if she still talked to me, so please be nice.

Any info would be appreciated.

If you're running Norton Personal Firewall, make sure it's off. I'm still able to log on to my app w/NPF turned off.
