What percentage of flying under the Delta brand do Delta pilots actually do? 50%?

JetBlue pilots do 100%. (with 4 aircraft flow by xjet for 2 months to fix 190 problems).

With 4 aircraft flown by xjet, this is no longer 100%. And your group can only hope that it is for 2 months.

Wow. Will the Expressjet E145s have LiveTV?

Bye Bye--General Lee

No but if they use the aircraft that have already been converted for the branded flying they will be painted like giant tubes of Aquafresh toothpaste photo and have live XM Satellite radio in each seat.

This will be a contract for four aircraft, two in JFK, two in BOS, for only 6 weeks is what we're being told on our (XJET) end.

BTW was JetBlue the launch customer for the -190 ? I can't rememberif they were or not, but growing pains are always part of the process with a new type. I give them credit for being pro-active about it.

What does it say when the only tool your pilot group has at its disposal to get the comensation dollars that were there all along is a mass exodus?

Good point...

Don't forget though that the leadership has not hid under their desks.
They are out and talking to us. They say there will be a another compensation adjustment by the end of the first quarter.

It was only 6-9 months ago that the company Pilot Compensation Committee really got in to action. All along, that first pay adjustment was really, truthfully supposed to be about the Embraer. In their rush to get the money to the Embraer folks, they seriously stepped on their D%#K and upset a lot of people.

Are they trying to screw the pilot group? I still give them the benefit of the doubt. But they are losing more and more goodwill from most of us.
Is it your typical criminal, greedy CEO management team? I honestly don't think so.

My opinion is they really got hyper focused on the Return to Profitability initiative. That is kind of a good thing.. (making money) but they also need to start paying attention to the crewmember's concerns.

I don't care what kind of spin you put on this situation. When your company starts sub-servicing its not a good sign.

Maybe it'll put a twinkle in the eyes of XJT guys.

???, UUHH, no! JB has some great folks but there will be no twinkle I would imagine.

BTW, the fact of the matter is that we (XJT) simply do not have the aircraft to commit to any long term JB flying. We are being told this is very temporary and that the aircraft will be taken from the charter side of the house for only a short time. I dont think the JB guys have anything to fear.

Our E-145s could be painted like that Dag-nasty Peter Max 777 and it would still be better than ANY paint job with the words "Operated by Chautauqua Airlines" on the side!
