cool...nice start

How exactly does "virtual basing" work? It sounds like an interesting concept to really improve QOL for crews........what are the specifics in terms of seniority, bidding, reserve mechanism, etc. I don't know anything about it but I would like to learn more.

Thanks

Again the E-190 gets f#$%!!!
Thank God i do it for the Money.....F#$%

Nice way to start your posts buddy. ;)

The 190 will get to play too, it's just not smart to jump too fast. Besides, the flying out MCO on the 190 is not there yet. With Puerto Plata and Cancun this summer, and other additions, we should see the base for the 190 sooner than later. West coast by summer and there's the other base for the 190. Shhh, you didn't hear it from me. :D

It all depends on how it's done, it worked great at TWA and many of the folks who worked on virtual basing at JetBlue are X-TW guys. Only time will tell.

I guess my seniority at JFK will probably go up. Hurray for me.
