If only it could have been IAH-JKF service. HOU isn't bad, but IAH service would have kicked butt!!! Maybe CAL will launch more IAH-JFK flights to try and compete.

Why? LGA is one of their most profitable domestic routes...EWR is as well being a hub ....JFK is just convenience

Because I live North of IAH and I hope to be going to JetBlue. The HOU service just made a possible commute much easier, but three JBLU flights per day to IAH would have been a dream not to mention the extra flights CAL may have thrown on the route.
