Just curious what the washout rate is at jetBlue during the second phase??? What is the second phase anyway?? Is it another interview? or Sim? THANKS

Do they also look at the online letters of Rec that Jetblue people write? And do those letters have to be from Jetblue pilots that have flown with you or can they come from someone that can testify on your character etc.....


Anyone heard yet from the Phase 1 from last week?

I'm talking about the online Rec's that Jetblue pilots can do. And after you've already done Phase One and moving on to Phase II, do they look at the online letters? And do the Letters need to come from guys that have flown with you or someone that can vouch for your work ethic, character etc....
