If she really did strike the F/A and made contact thats a kill clean. Probably won't do the max but 6 months to a year vacation at club fed.

Yeah, I'd have to agree. The latter article indicates a history of violence. She'll do a bit of time, and hopefully find herself on the no-fly list.
