Check availabilty date

I can feel your pain. I logged on to update my app last month, after submitting the original data last March. All my times for each A/C flown showed ZERO. So I updated, printed it out (again), and e-mailed them to let them know. Then I took a peek at my "JetBlue info file" and noticed the app copy I made in March had the times, so their computer obviously droppped my times to zero for some crazy reason. I still have not received a response from them on this. Probably due to the fact that it's a bigger problem than they want to admit. Three friends of mine had the exact same problem.
Anyhow, I logged in last week and it looked O.K.; so that problem seems fixed, but it's 6 months lost for me and my buddies. It seems I saw a post a few weeks ago about updating your availabilty date to also make the data input stick. If you do a search you should be able to find it. If not, send me a PM and I'll hook you up with a guy here on this forum who might be able to offer you some advice on the problem. He's with JB now.
