If you mean "solo" like sole occupant, obviously you are the PIC. If you mean like "sole manipulator" as in (flight) controls, I don't think that qualifies. If you were using a Seminole figuratively as an example, fine. If you mean an actual Piper Seminole, it probably won't help you in a competative respect anyway as it isn't considered over 12,500 lb. aircraft. At least, I don't believe. I may be wrong.
