How can the goverment allow them to continue to operate with losses. They should be shutdown. What is the goverment thinking by allowing this to happen. What about the fact they have no defined retirement plan? OMG!!! Wi

42mil is a far cry from out annual deficit. Our govt has no right to tell companies to post a prifit or shut down. Anyway, all the companies would do is cook the books like Healthsouth, Enron, worldcom, etc.
