Looking for help on getting a pilot account set up so I can apply online. Thanks in advance.

What problems are you having? I don't remember it being that difficult....just go to https://www.jetblue.com/workhere/wh2_pilotapplication.aspx?jbid=69&jobtid=Pilot&strrid=3967 and fill out the application.

The most common cause of problems with the online app seems to be firewalls.

Disable any you may have online and the system should work.

The application itself is very straightforward.
