I thought American was trying to sell American Eagle. Have they given up on that?
Spinoff seems to be the most likely bet.
We will lose some of our flying, but will remain on long-term contract to feed AA, so the top half is relatively safe for now.

At over $100.... not sure anyone is safe....
eaglefly,
If you're going to rank on someone using the term "dude", then please use punctuation correctly. Those wacky apostrophies indeed exist in the highlighted words.
The gloating you're doing regarding whether or not Jetblue has stopped hiring along with mentioning how much money you're making or how many of your fellow pilots are below you on the Eagle seniority list just makes you look self-centered and insecure.
It's okay to accept the fact that Eagle may be your "destination." Your thinly veiled attempt to skewer Jetblue and defend your position at Eagle does not hide your contempt. Be man enough to admit it.

Sorry Longhorn:
eaglefly was acting like a jerk, and some of us needed to put him in his place.
Again, sorry!

Wrong sparky! You're right where you ought to be....Jerking that gear in your really cool rj!You didn't put anyone anywhere except in your own mind.
I wouldn't love to see anyone get flushed....I'm just pointing out the obvious when AMR goes chp11 and you're flushed faster than the turd you are sport! You'd love to see me "flushed"............dream on, gearkid.
Eaglefly when I was over at ACA prior to the bain report we collectively never thought that United would terminate or flying contract. We were a good performing company and were just too big and important for United to replace. Well needless to say we weren't really that important as history has shown. American Eagle could lose all that flying in a heartbeat so don't get to smug and comfortable.
You're right.
I'm a terrible person and I fly an RJ.......which are apparently one and the same.
Here is an answer to the thread...as of Friday.
Interviews for April 25th are full, more planned in June.
#s that I have heard are 200 down from approx 350.
Eaglefly go away....
