My judgment ignores rhetoric, or tailored suits, or conference calls, or hand-shakes, or pizza, or snow-globes, or projections, or assurances, or degrees, or white papers, or e-mails, or Ford&Harrison, or marketing, or initiatives, or project pilots, or surveys, or the past, or the future.

My judgment is based solely on what I finally bring home (or don't bring home) to my family.

As it should be...

He is a pigeon (gotta throw rocks at him to get him to fly).

I have to disagree with that part of your statement. I've seen Jeff out flying on many occasions...not every month...but regularly....admittedly, never seen the others from the Crystal Palace out flying...but Jeff...yes...more than a few times.

since oct 1 he's flown 6 days.

and it's not that he started and kept the push going to get rid of the bose, it's the deceit that went with it. then don't forget the rnp. how much has that cost us??? i'd venture to guess that with him going to jb their casm will be going up. a lot.

On another note if the product wasn't TSO'd and the feds find out management allowed the pilots to use the product the repercussions could have been severe. Are the ones TSO'd still in use?

actually that's not 100% correct. apparently the fed's were asked if they cared and they said they didn't.

at one time, don't know if they still do, the company allowed a relative of one of their check air women come in to the training center to make custom ear molds. won't go into detail on who else was a big proponent beside martin in getting the bose deemed illegal and unsafe.

the significance of this is that unless a tso'd piece of equip is modified by the manufacturer the tso is now void. so swa said the bose headset was not tso'd so it was illegal yet they allowed someone onto company prop to make a part to modify the tso'd ear spike they gave to new hires ergo making that tso'd headset now illegal. one illegal head set was illegal, another illegal head set was also illegal, but not really.

Apparently he was escorted out of the GO his final day with full security honors, more for show I suspect.

Or...would you rather a VP spend the next two weeks gathering items/data to take to his new company/competitor?

Turn in a resignation to go to a competitor...get your personal items and get out.
