Happy New Year all. Does anyone has info about the JetBlue first phase interview? I have been hearing they ask a lot of TMAAT (Tell me about a time) kind of questions. Outside of that, what else is there?

Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you guys and gals.

Wow...that was creative. You remind me of a guy who went and paid for his 747 type.

The entire interview is TMAAT questions. No technical questions, sims, or psych evals. Wear a nice suit, polish your shoes, have a fresh haircut and be yourself. There's no tricks or gotchas. You're treated like a professional. It's about as low stress as a job interview can be.

Pretty much sums it up.

Why do they even have these TMAAT Q's????

Most of that "sheet" is made up anyway... :)

You may make that "sheet" up but you better sell it. They know much of it may be embellished or even made up but are you a decent dude and can we spend a few days with you. Forget all that culture crap. Trust me, none of us buy into it anymore but hiring wants to get the impression if you are hired you'll actually try and help, fit in and treat the customers and fellow employees properly. That's what it boils down to.

JetBlue is attending the Vegas job fair in April..I’m wondering if it’s worth going. My app has been in since Dec with one rec letter from a JB pilot. Thoughts??
