Scathing report on ABC news on how Jetblow is STILL out-of-control and has stiffed 25% of their customers (many say now, former) 5 days after all other carriers have recovered from last weeks WX.

From "Golden Boy" to dog turd in less than a week..............a new record in the Airline Industry. Neeleman scrambling at some kind of damage control as we speak.

wow

breaking news....its just been on every news network all day. You get what you pay for.

If every passenger who ever said "I am not flying unitedsouthwestjetblueamericandeltafrontiereaglenorthwest (you get the point) again" followed through, AmTrak and Dogbus would be the most profitable sector of our industry. 99% of the never again crowd will be back on JB by the summer.

northwest strands passengers on a/c in detroit. american airlines strands passengers in austin. usair rampers call out sick during thanksgiving in philly.

Thank you RJ boy. Your input is most helpful. We will get back to you when we need your help. Until then, keep your Ray Bans shiney, and your resume updated.

Hate to interject but "RJ Boy" probably makes more money than you in your E190 with "Blue Juice" painted on the nose.

Maybe you should keep your resume updated so it will be ready when your 5 year contract expires.

Besides you fly a mainline aircraft for RJ wages. Great Job!!

Yeah sorry loser--but between my business and military retirement, and my recall rights to my legacy carrier I think I will be O.K. But you can kiss my hairy a$$ whenever we cross paths. Thanks for playing.

So basically you are saying that your sacred employer JB is not all that since you are going back to your "legacy" carrier?

Wow!! a business? retirement? legacy carrier? Where's the time for your wife? Oh wait, shes right here.

Beautiful avatar jetpipe! Classic! But, I have to disagree with you. I'd still rather be here sippin' Blue juice for RJ wages then working the left seat at a regional. Just my opinion. :D

I love it when guys post their resume and how much they are worth on flightinfo. You should find the Fedex jerk off who wanted to compare W2s on the board and have a beer or two. I would be careful who you are calling a loser...

What a loser.

Once again I would be careful who you are calling a lo...awww screw it. You probably don't get it. Good luck with your military retirement, business, recall (or not) with your legacy carrier, current job avec JB.

Mod Edit:

Inappropriate remark removed. No need for personal attacks Deli.

I love it when guys use washed up sport figures as their avitars in some vain search to connect with greatness. The guy questioned my earning power and I gave it to him. I am not bragging, but the guy seemed to think it was important. I am not the least bit ashamed of where I have been or where I am going. I have enough hairy a$$ for both of you to kiss if you are so inclined.

Actually the avatar is not numero 4. Calling Bobby Orr washed up?? Now that's a low blow (and obviously you are not a fan of hockey). Relax Francis. Don't get your panties in a bind. Go enjoy your militay retir.. screw it...I don't want to type it out again. I'm glad your doing well. I've wasted enough time on this thread already. good night and good luck to all of us. We all need it.

X Deli guy:

if not, why are you criticizing the Rj driver?? Are you not an Rj driver

You pretty much hit that nail on the head.

He must be on a high dosage of the blue juice to actually list the 190

JetBlue E190 CA Raise And A320 FO Raise

Should be announced somewhere around the end of the first quarter.
Retro to Jan 1.
Increase to JB retirement also.

The leadership is going to step up to the plate.
Straight from the VP of Flight Ops and the President (Barger).

Stick it.

8vATE:

Congrats on the raises, you guys deserve it.
Just wondering, in all seriousness, how much do you think this cost your company in a $ amount in cancellations and rebookings?
Its bound to put a serious hurt on this quarters' earnings.
regards,

Dude, I made $26 an hour my first year at NWA. I flew 120 seat dc9s. I am making $47 in my first year at JB. Upgrade to Capt in year 2. Any more questions? By the way, either you are drunk or you can't spell.

Those RJ boys were flying their E135s when your E190s were down, for no reason! I still can't understand why they parked the whole E190 fleet and pizzed off about 9 cities---with only E190 service (BNA, PIT, HOU, AUS, CHM, CLT, PWM, RIC, BDA) and many others will partial E190 serivice (ORD, BOS, JFK, NAS, TPA, MCO, IAD, BUF). That was a crazy move. There had to be some reserves waiting to fly that could have flown a couple flights a day into those cities to take some people out....

Bye Bye--General Lee

From "Golden Boy" to dog turd in less than a week..............a new record in the Airline Industry. Neeleman scrambling at some kind of damage control as we speak.

That distinction went to Ed Beauvais, who started and bankrupted Western Pacific Airlines in less than 3 years. He still holds the record.

It just shows that if you are good at starting an airline it does not mean you will be good at running a mature airline.

Gordon, where are you?

Just another brilliant decision from an executive who is in over his head.

Correction, that distinction goes to Kerry Skeen, who started and bankrupted Independence Air in 18 months. He holds the record!
