This is not good boys! A new "race to the bottom". JetBlue is now a "Industry Leader" in the lowest pay for pilots. JetBlue will even be lower over the next 10 years as there is no cost of living adjustments, well about .08%/year as opposed to about a 3% inflation rate/year.

I think he meant this is not good because JB was one of only a few (maybe two or three) airlines that most (aspiring, furloughed, under employed, etc.) pilots looked to as a bright light at the end of the tunnel.
