What don't you understand about the word MATCH?

Because more than 1 employee likes to think they get more than what they do.

Most all companys will tell you in casual conversation they match your contribution, but then you find its only at 100% for the 1st half of what you thought. Or 50% of the total matching scheme.

Details... yeah, the little fine print that you gloss over everytime you sign a credit card receipt.

There is also an option for employee's to purchase stock at a 15% discount up to 10% of earnings.

The price is set every quarter and for two years when the employee buys into the program.

So today, the employee's starting the program is buying stock at about $13.50 a share for the next 2 years.

If during the two years the set price is reduced below the first buy-in price, the current lower buy-in price is set for eight quarters.

Employee can sell at any time.
