YEAH, that did sound kinda boostfull didn't it? I do agree that it's the "TUDE" thing that actually gets someone the job. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE. Happy Holidays.
 
I'll have to jump in with one thing. I don't think anyone in management at JB is worried about someone "sticking around long enough to get hired by SWA" and then jumping ship. I could go on but I'll leave it at that.
 
My HR interviewer at JB (who had been with SWA for over 15 years before joining JB) mentioned that about equal numbers of pilots had left JB for SWA as had left SWA for JB. Most had switched because of domicile locations. That was 1.5 years ago though, it could have changed in the meantime.
