Speaking of JetBlue at the job fair - A lot of the job-seekers went through the JB line twice because the gouge is that that will show real motivation or something like that. It took me over an hour to get through the line, partly because of them I'm sure. I know it's cutthroat out there but isn't that taking it a little far? Has anybody ever heard anything from a JB recruiter about whether they look upon this practice more favorably?

I have not gone to an Airinc job fair since April. As for updating the way the application is set up now you can only update your hours every several thousand. I get on an update my availability periodicaly. I interviewed in October of 2003 and have been on file again since April of this year. (got side-tracked) I think beccause I didn't pass phase II back in 03 they may not be disposed to interview me again.

Who knows;

Cut and re-paste your resume, you can change times etc there

Yes, the cat is out of the bag, so to speak. If you wait in the line twice, you have a greater chance of being called. If you chose to wait the third time, you are almost certain to get an interview. HOWEVER, they frown on the fourth trip through the line. Your application will be thrown out and you will be black listed.

Take it easy.....it doesn't matter how many times you go through the line.

DD...are you on the right or the left?

Yours is one of the most memorable Avatars here. Who are those gentlemen?

Though I never advocate giving KD any more money I went to a job fair and got called for the very next interview. Also, at the interview there were atleast 7 or 8 guys/gals I remembered seeing from that job fair.

well,
I went to the ATL job fair also as well as appl being updated at least 2 X month since Jan.05, did the line thing, twice and still waiting :)
I guess Dallas here I come, heehaaaaa !!!
